Once you have a login you can easily schedule your lessons. The default schedule time is 15 minutes. Sign up for 2, 3, or 4 15 minute lessons as desired.

Rates.  
My rates are $85/hour, $65/45 minutes (recommended), and $45/30 minutes for weekly lessons.
$95/60 minutes and $55/30 minutes for a one-time lesson or audition coaching.

STUDIO POLICY: If I, the instructor, cancel a lesson for any reason, I will to make up the lesson. If the student cancels a lesson owing to illness or family emergency I will make up that lesson. Please note that payment is owed for lessons cancelled fewer than 24 hours in advance or for no show. Thank you for your understanding!
